THE SOLUTION
We revolutionized the online property search category by creating a unique end-to-end property search, financing and advice tool, called RADAR.
RADAR searched properties not just by area, number of bedrooms or price range but by a much more sophisticated and useful set of criteria. Consumers were able to identify prospective properties through proximity to local schools, cafes, restaurants, recreation centers, rail and emergency services and distance away from power lines, cemeteries, jails (…or mother-in-law).
A simple gadget was integrated into RADAR, allowing on the spot pre-approvals from Commonwealth Bank.
THE RESULTS
Consumers exposed to RADAR were 60% more likely to convert to a home loan lead than those using traditional property search techniques.
